Does Magic Really Happen?

It was not so long ago was it?

When her dreams were fresh,

she first noticed the beauty of

powdered paint, dripping on a

fresh white paper.

Red, yellow, blue steamed

Creating,

orange, purple and green.

It was not that long ago when her

favorite story was when little blue and

little yellow became friends and created green.

It was magical as they softly blended.

Making something different.

It was not that long ago where

her first dreams began.  Or

was it?  Blue and yellow still make green.

And the dreams are still there – and the

magical still happens.

The dreams haven’t changed.

She wonders if she has as she watches

magic happen. 

She sees it every day.
