Artist Statement.

I am an artist who imposes self-directed challenges on myself. I constantly find myself looking for a new way, new place that will take me in different directions and allow me to take risks beyond my past successes. This work “Life Forces” was part of my continued drive to learn and conquer transparent watercolor. The fluid movement of the watercolor is so beautiful – so powerful – it is a force all unto itself.
