If you compromise your values, you compromise your ability to love yourself. 

My values are to honor and respect myself – my soul - and to honor and respect others though my work.   “To do unto others as I would have done unto myself.” 

If you compromise your values, you compromise your ability to achieve your dreams.

My dream is to create art and to share it with others – many others.  I am the only one totally invested in my dream.  It is my desire to achieve this dream.  My art gives me a voice – my voice. 

If I am influenced by outside forces, I am allowing others to make my art for me.  How can I call that art my own? 

Being an artist means not compromising yourself – what you value.  I love myself too much to compromise.  I hold my values dear as I go about achieving my dream.
