Aesthetic Moment: Do You Hear Them?

In the morning when I hear the silence of wings from a group of finches startled away from the feeder, I wonder of their silence and my ability to hear them.
“Yellow Birds At The Feeder IV” is one of many works that I'm working on as I figure out a different way of thinking about compositions and marks. So, it is basically a finished work but, at the same time it is a study in mark making which I look forward to continuing in the beginning of 2021.
